The Hawaii 75 is a local twist on the classic French 75 gin cocktail, combining our Kupu Spirits Gin with Hibiscus and Maui Wine Hula o Maui Sparkling Wine.
Ingredients
1oz. Kupu Gin
0.5oz. Fresh Lemon juice
0.25oz. Hibiscus Syrup
2oz. Hula o Maui Sparkling Wine
Lemon for Garnish
Directions
Add gin, lemon juice, and hibiscus syrup with ice into a shaker and shake. Pour into a flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon slice or peel.
