Maui Monkey Gland

2 oz Kupu Spirits Gin
1 oz orange juice
¼ oz grenadine
Dash of absinthe
Ice cubes
Orange slice

Swirl a dash of absinthe into a chilled cocktail glass to coat it, then dump out any excess liquor. Pour remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with orange slice.

Modern Kupu
Old Fashioned

Sugar Cube
1 tsp water
1 dash bitters
2 fl oz Kupu Whiskey
1 lemon twist
Ice cubes
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry

Muddle sugar cube, water, and bitters in an old fashioned glass for 1 minute. Pour in Kupu Spirits Whiskey and stir for an additional minute. Squeeze lemon twist over the glass and drop it in. Add ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry; Serve with a swizzle stick.

Classic Kupu Martini

3 fl oz Kupu Spirits Gin
1 fl oz dry vermouth
1 c ice
3 pimento-stuffed green olives, drained
1 lemon twist (optional)

Combine Kupu Spirits Gin and vermouth in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strained into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with three olives on a pick or a lemon twist.

Negroni

1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz Campari
1 oz Kupu Spirits Gin
Ice cubes
Orange slice

Place ice cubes into a classic cocktail glass. Pour ingredients over ice. Stir well with swizzle stick. Garnish with an orange slice.

Maui Manhattan

2 fl oz Kupu Spirits Whiskey
½ fl oz sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 c ice cubes
1 maraschino cherry

Combine Kupu Spirits Whiskey, vermouth, and bitters in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Gin & Tonic

4 cubes ice
2 fl oz Kupu Spirits Gin
4 fl oz Island Tonic Water
1 Tbl fresh lime juice
1 lime wedge

Place the ice cubes in a tall, narrow glass with the ice coming near the top. Pour Kupu Spirits Gin, Island Tonic Water, and lime juice over the ice. Stir well with a long-necked spoon. Garnish with lime wedge, and serve immediately.

Whiskey Ginger Highball

1.5 oz Kupu Spirits Whiskey
6 oz Island Ginger Beer
Ice cubes
Squeeze of lime juice
Lime wedge

Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice. Pour Kupu Spirits Whiskey into glass. Top off with Island Ginger Beer. Add a squeeze of lime juice. Stir lightly with swizzle stick. Garnish with lime wedge.

Gimlet

2 fl oz Kupu Spirits Gin
2 fl oz sweetened lime juice
1 tsp white sugar
½ c ice

Place sugar in a shallow dish; dip rim of chilled glass into sugar so rim is coated. Scoop ice into a shaker. Pour Kupu Spirits Gin and lime juice over the ice, and shake well. Pour drink into prepared glass.
