Modern Kupu
Old Fashioned

Sugar Cube
1 tsp water
1 dash bitters
2 fl oz Kupu Whiskey
1 lemon twist
Ice cubes
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry

Muddle sugar cube, water, and bitters in an old fashioned glass for 1 minute. Pour in Kupu Spirits Whiskey and stir for an additional minute. Squeeze lemon twist over the glass and drop it in. Add ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry; Serve with a swizzle stick.

Maui Manhattan

2 fl oz Kupu Spirits Whiskey
½ fl oz sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 c ice cubes
1 maraschino cherry

Combine Kupu Spirits Whiskey, vermouth, and bitters in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Classic Kupu Martini

3 fl oz Kupu Spirits Gin
1 fl oz dry vermouth
1 c ice
3 pimento-stuffed green olives, drained
1 lemon twist (optional)

Combine Kupu Spirits Gin and vermouth in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strained into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with three olives on a pick or a lemon twist.

Gin & Tonic

4 cubes ice
2 fl oz Kupu Spirits Gin
4 fl oz Island Tonic Water
1 Tbl fresh lime juice
1 orange wedge

Place the ice cubes in a rocks glass with the ice coming near the top. Pour Kupu Spirits Gin, Island Tonic Water, and lime juice over the ice. Stir well. Garnish with orange wedge, and serve immediately.

Whiskey Ginger

1.5 oz Kupu Spirits Whiskey
2 oz Island Ginger Beer
Candied Ginger
Lemon for Garnish

Roll glass rim into candied ginger. Pour whiskey into glass. Fill with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon. 

Kupu Whiskey Mule

1.5 oz Kupu White Whiskey
0.5 oz Sour
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 oz Maui Brewing Co Island Ginger Beer
2 mint leaves (torn)
1 Lime squeeze

Add White Whiskey, sour, and bitters into copper cup or glass. Top with Island Ginger Beer and garnish with mint and lime.

Gimlet

2 fl oz Kupu Spirits Gin
2 fl oz sweetened lime juice
1 tsp white sugar
½ c ice

Place sugar in a shallow dish; dip rim of chilled glass into sugar so rim is coated. Scoop ice into a shaker. Pour Kupu Spirits Gin and lime juice over the ice, and shake well. Pour drink into prepared glass.

Kupu Bloody Mary

Tajin or Bacon Salt
2oz. Kupu White Whiskey
4oz. Bloody Mary Mix (Spicy if Preferred)
2 Dashes Worcestershire
2 Slices Bacon
Jumbo Prawn or Cocktail Shrimp
Celery Stalk
Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives
Gherkin

Rim a pint glass with Tajin or Bacon Salt. Add ice, Kupu White Whiskey, Bloody Mary Mix and Worcestershire Sauce. Garnish with Bacon, Shrimp, Celery, Blue Cheese Olives and Gherkin

1.5oz. Kupu Gin
0.75oz. Hibiscus syrup
2oz. Maui Brewing Co. Island Tonic
Lime and Lemongrass Stalk for garnish

Pour hibiscus syrup and gin into glass and fill with ice. Top with tonic and garnish with 1 lime slice speared with 1 lemongrass stalk.

Easy Drinkin’, Summer Lovin’

5-10 Mint sprigs
0.75oz. Fresh Lemon juice
0.5oz. Honey Syrup
1 TBSP Blueberry preserves
2oz. Kupu White Whiskey
Soda water

Mix all ingredients with ice into a shaker and shake. Add soda water into shaker, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with mint leaves.

Hawaii 75

1oz. Kupu Gin
0.5oz. Fresh Lemon juice
0.25oz. Hibiscus Syrup
2oz. Hula o Maui Sparkling Wine
Lemon for Garnish

Add gin, lemon juice, and hibiscus syrup with ice into a shaker and shake. Pour into a flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon slice or peel.
